Probably nothing real new, but just handy to quickly navigate to the 14 (or 12) rootfolder: Right click on the Start bar, Toolbars, New Toolbar… Navigate to c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions Select 14. Then click OK.
